The assistant profession is essential to the smooth running of a department; assistants must possess a multitude of skills and be responsive to all types of requests. The Skills Campus Assistant training cycle is divided into five themes. You will have the opportunity to discover the assistant and secretarial professions, true pillars of a department's efficiency, as well as the specificities of the role of Office Manager, receptionist-switchboard operator, executive assistant, or team assistant. Our training also allows our learners to strengthen their professional efficiency, particularly through time management, communication, and optimizing the use of office tools.
